The doctors, staff and our patients at All Smiles absolutely love the ClearCorrect system. It is one of our most popular teeth straightening treatments because it is simple to use and works in a fraction of the time it takes traditional braces to realign your smile.
Who is a Candidate for ClearCorrect?
The aligners can be used to treat crossbites, overbites, underbites, overcrowded teeth, and widely spaced teeth. They are also effective at helping to close gaps where teeth are missing. Straight teeth are important and help to protect against periodontitis, tooth injury, and uneven wear.
Individuals of all ages can use these oral appliances and as long as the individual wears their retainer at night following completion of the treatment, the results are equal to those achieved with traditional braces.
The ClearCorrect Process
The process starts with your All Smiles dentist taking x-rays, photos, and impressions of your teeth. Using this information, the dentist will create a simulation that shows the steps involved and the final results you can expect. If everything looks good to you, then custom aligners will be created to start the process.
Every three weeks, you will need to come in for an appointment to have a new aligner fitted to your teeth. The road from inception to straight teeth typically takes around 13 months, but naturally varies per individual patient and their needs.
Are the Process and Appliances Safe?
The process is non-invasive and poses no risk to teeth or dental structures. They are made in Round Rock, Texas from FDA-approved Zendura plastic, which is a hard and durable polyurethane resin. These appliances are non-toxic and pose no risk to health or safety.
How Much Does the Treatment Cost?
The treatment can cost as little as $2,500, or as much as $5,500 depending on the extent of the misalignment and the duration of the treatment required to correct it.
As a recognized dental treatment, it is covered by most insurance policies that provide coverage for braces. All Smiles can help you secure no-interest financing to spread the cost over the course of treatment.
How Does it Compare to Other Clear Teeth Straighteners?
ClearCorrect is often less expensive, but no less effective than other clear teeth straightening options including Invisalign. The ClearCorrect aligners are thinner and slightly clearer than other options which make them even less noticeable and more comfortable to wear.
The All Smiles dental team is certified to offer ClearCorrect to patients within the Houston metropolitan area, including Lake Jackson, Sugar Land and The Woodlands.
